Research

Our main objective in our research is to further advance the use and understanding of REBT and Challenge & Threat in performance settings. Therefore, the projects that we run explore the mechanics behind Smarter Thinking, and examine the application of Smarter Thinking at the coal face. Our research is growing every year as new members join the team and we collaborate with colleagues from other institutions.

Here is a selection of our works, which include published research, as well as books and conference proceedings.
